At Magic, we are committed to responsible tourism, committed to respecting the environment, preserving natural resources and protecting wildlife.
Day after day, we work to take care of the planet and give back to society everything it offers us. We also collaborate with Terra Natura in the conservation of biodiversity and protected species, ensuring that the adventure continues for future generations of pirates.

International certificate that values our work in sustainability in all our accommodations.
The actions implemented in recent years have led us to obtain the BIOSCORE sustainability certificate in our 12 establishments in Costa Blanca and Gandía; a work that we want to extend to the new Magic World resort.
The issues formulated in the BIOSCORE certification are aligned with the official international criteria ODS (Sustainable Development Goals), GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and GSTC (Global Sustainable Tourism Council).
We work hand in hand with this recognised label to improve our actions in the areas of emissions, catering, waste, energy and water.
Magic is working with Gravity Wave, a company dedicated to cleaning and recycling plastics from the sea, which has already recovered more than 1,500 tonnes of waste. We have implemented their strategy in several of our accommodations and intend to expand it to all 20 of our properties, reaffirming our commitment to the environment and sustainability. Together, we can make a difference and give back to the sea what it has given us: a clean and lively place.

Caring for water is fundamental to us. In our sustainability plan, we are committed to reducing our water footprint and promoting responsible water use, protecting both our environment and marine biodiversity.
At Magic, energy efficiency is one of our top priorities. We ensure that every corner of our accommodation is responsibly lit and air-conditioned, using technologies and strategies that minimise environmental impact.
For us, reducing the use of paper is one of our main goals to protect the environment. We are committed to minimising paper consumption and, where necessary, opting for digital and sustainable alternatives.
At Magic, solidarity is an essential part of our mission. We are committed to giving back to society by actively collaborating with NGOs and associations working in key areas such as children, inclusion and environmental protection.

Circular economy - We extend the useful life of our products and minimise waste through recycling and sustainable materials management.
Energy efficiency - We are committed to LED lighting, natural light and solar panels, moving towards energy self-sufficiency and reducing our carbon footprint.
Responsible food - We prioritise fresh and local products (Km 0) and promote conscious consumption, minimising food waste.
Sustainable mobility - We encourage cycling and walking to reduce emissions, as well as implementing electric car chargers and scooter and bike rentals in some accommodation.
Reducing the use of plastics is key to protecting the oceans, reducing pollution and reducing our carbon footprint. At Magic Pirates Island, we have implemented various measures to eliminate these materials and opt for more sustainable alternatives.

Goodbye single-use plastics - We have eliminated millions of plastic straws, bottles and cups, reducing the production of microplastics and the emissions generated in their manufacture and transport.
Reusable cups and filtered water - Ask in our bars for your reusable biodegradable cup and help us minimise waste. You'll also find osmosis filtered water fountains in all our accommodation to refill your reusable bottle.
Biodegradable Amenities - We are replacing our hygiene products with biodegradable and sustainable alternatives.
Responsible recycling - We have recycling bins and collaborate with companies specialised in the management of waste such as cardboard and paper.
